Shipping policy

Purchiza.com Order and Delivery Information:

Dispatch Days: We ship orders Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. but you can still place orders through our website, by calling/texting/Whatsapp at 03445974701 or by messaging us on Facebook.

Order Cut-off Time: Please place your orders before 5:00 PM(Pakistan Standard Time) to ensure they are processed the same day.

Delivery Time: Deliveries typically take 2-4 working days in major areas. In remote areas (like interior Sindh, interior Baluchistan, Gilgit Baltistan, etc). delivery may take 4-5 days.

Order Confirmation: You will receive confirmation messages and call when you order is booked, processed and delivered.

Return/Replacement Policy: If you receive a damaged product or are not satisfied at the time of delivery. you can return or replace it within 15 days.
